Community Ownership Fund

New scheme announced today in the Budget:

This summer 2021 community groups will be able to bid for up to £250,000 matched-funding to help them buy or take over local community assets such as Pubs

The bidding does not open until later in the year – i.e. June 2021.

The prospectus will outline how groups can structure a bid and the full criteria.
