Expert advice and guidance for those looking to rent or lease a pub

What is the PAS?

The Pubs Advisory Service Ltd was set up to help and ensure tenants received high-quality independent advice and support helping to grow and develop their pub business free from pub company influence or conflict. PAS has been involved since the inception of legislation the Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016 and has represented many dozens of pub tenants and lessees at arbitration. No one is better able to fight for tenants when it comes to Pubs Code and industry-related matters that affect tenants like: rent reviews, business rates (VOA), mis-selling of agreements, unworkable business plans, MRO and the effects of wastage and sediment, or as we call it 72pints

People entering the Licensed Trade (especially those taking pubs from pubco’s) need detailed independent advice on a wide range of issues and that any such pre-entry advice would help with the due diligence required to take on a pub and thrive.

We have developed specialist tools to establish if you are no worse off and  the precise losses for 72pints

You can become a subscriber and have access to our exclusive content and zoom consultations please register or buy a membership see here for access.

Should you require further service or need to instruct us please fill in our form on the contact page and we will be in touch.

Note for those on social media we often post online using easy to remember hashtags #72pints or #ukpubs

Regards.
