As a paid-for subscriber. or non-subscriber (i.e. site visitor), you have access to information and resources based on subscription, note some pages are free to any site visitor and need no subscription. Fair Use Policy (the contact)
for Resource and Advice subscribers £20pcm only– e.g. a quick bit of advice
- Monthly Limit & Frequency of contact:
- Subscribers are restricted to a total of 20 minutes of call time or 4 emails or equivalent social media / messenger app within a single month.
- Calls should not exceed 20 minutes in total.
- Emails should not exceed 4 in total and are assumed to be 5 minutes each in duration. Simple one-word replies are not counted e.g. ok, thanks for letting me know etc.
- WhatsApp, voicemail, voice notes and all other Messenger-type app contacts will be counted as email
- Replies to contact:
- Replies to contacts are usually within a working day but are not guaranteed – typical office hours, Mon-Fri, all bank holidays observed, and annual leave will also be advised.
- Subscribers should allow reasonable time for a response and not send repeated contact chasing an answer.
- Subscribers with urgent or complex issues should consider becoming a client – see point 4 below. By complex we mean something that breaches the fair use time limit, by urgent we mean issue or situation that requires immediate attention and action due to its time-sensitive nature any delay in response could result in significant negative consequences, such as financial loss, legal implications, or severe disruption to operations.
- Abuse of the Fair Use Policy:
- Any behaviour or action by a subscriber that exceeds the established limits and guidelines set forth in the Fair Use Policy, thereby impacting the availability and quality of service for other subscribers. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to, repeatedly exceeding the monthly limit of call time or emails, making excessive or unreasonable demands for support, using the service for purposes other than those intended, and failing to adhere to the guidelines for response times and contact frequency. Abuse of the policy may result in restrictions, limitations, termination of service or in the alternative, see point 4
- Subscription for Breach:
- If fair use is breached, Subscribers can, at our discretion, be required to become a client and agree to our Letter of Engagement and with that, the contracted hourly rate.
- Only clients under Letter of Engagement can benefit from extended call durations and quicker response times to any contact.
- Applicability to Messages, Emails and Calls:

- This fair use policy applies to both messenger app type contact, emails and calls.
- Breakages, there is no roll over or carrying forward of any unused amount of Monthly Limit & Frequency of contact.

VIP Website Subscribers Policy (the allowance)
And or those Clients part paying invoiced work (no allowance)
- Clients part paying invoices:
- Clients of the Pubs Advisory Service Ltd are persons (or entities) who have agreed or acted upon the terms laid out in a letter of engagement. At our express discretion, and or via a written offer, are permitted to part-pay for invoiced work via the VIP £80pcm subscription payment. i.e., pay off advice or work which is charged to the client on an hourly basis, or which has a fixed fee.
- Enrolling to an £80pcm subscription payment to pay any invoiced work will entitle the client to a website subscription and access to the website resources but not any contact allowance described at point 2 of this policy.
- Clients who pay off their invoice balances with a £80pcm subscription will then roll over, that is to say, they will, unless cancelled by the client, continue to subscribe to the website under the £80pcm payment they set up and get the allowance in point 2 for as long as they continue to pay the £80pcm.
- Monthly Limit & Frequency of contact (the allowance):
- VIP Subscribers are restricted to a total of 60 minutes of call time or 12 emails or equivalent social media / messenger app within a single month.
- Calls should not exceed 60 minutes in total.
- Emails should not exceed 12 in total and are assumed to be 5 minutes each in duration. Simple one-word replies are not counted e.g. ok, thanks for letting me know etc.
- WhatsApp, voicemail, voice notes and all other Messenger-type app contacts will be counted as email
- Note the monthly limit and frequency of contact (the allowance) does not apply to Clients defined in point 1. Clients have previously agreed to our hourly rate under their Letter of Engagement under which any contact is subject to invoice.

Artificial Intelligence subscription for all Paid-for Subscribers Policy
Pubs Advisory Service Ltd offers as a benefit to all its Paid-for Subscribers an Artificial Intelligence (Ai) subscription service via the nominated provider, in this case Baisics Limited Company number 15269227. By accessing and using the Ai service provide by and under your Pubs Advisory Service Ltd Subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Paid-for Subscribers to the Pubs Advisory Service Ltd agree to us sharing basic contact information with the nominated provider for the express purpose of setting up a Ai subscription of which you will be notified about via email
- The allowances of monthly credit under the Ai subscription varies by your type of subscription. Resource Subscribers paying £5pcm get 100 credits with the nominated provider. Resource and Advice subscribers paying £20pcm get 200 credits with the nominated provider.VIP subscribers paying £80pcm get 400 credits with the nominated provider.
- Disclaimer of Liability: Pubs Advisory Service Ltd is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for, damages of any kind arising out of use, reference to, or reliance on any information or services provided through the Artificial Intelligence subscription. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information and services provided, no guarantee is given that the information is correct, complete, and up-to-date.
- Third-Party Content: The Artificial Intelligence subscription may include links to third-party websites, resources, and content. Pubs Advisory Service Ltd is not responsible for the accuracy or content of information contained in these third-party sites. - Changes to the Policy: Pubs Advisory Service Ltd reserves the right to modify this Indemnity Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website https://pubs.expert/downloads/, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates.
- Abuse of the Policy: Abuse of the policy may result in restrictions, limitations, termination of service.
- Subscription for Breach: If fair use is breached, VIP Subscribers can, at our discretion, be required to become a client and agree to our Letter of Engagement and with that, the contracted hourly rate.
- Privacy and Confidentiality: Personal information will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
