Pubs Advisory Service clients win in landmark High Court Judgement against EI Group PLC.
The appeal launched by the largest Pub Owning Business (POB) in the UK was dismissed by Justice Miles in June but the details can be revealed today.
It shows deep flaws in the Pubs Code Adjudicator (PCA) approach to using arbitration to fix MRO pubs code breaches and the significant hurdles the PCA has left in place for almost 4 years to trip up tied pub tenants exercising their rights to trigger MRO and go free of tie.
