Subscriptions and Cancellations

A general reminder that you can cancel your subscription at any point. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, no refunds will be provided. Your subscription will remain active for the remainder of the current billing period, and no subsequent charges will be applied. Initially, please cancel your subscription by clicking this link HERE. Failing that, you can email the office to see if we can help admin@pubs.expert 

Note as of Nov 2025, if you “raise a dispute” to cancel a subscription, Stripe will charge for the dispute management (approx £20). We reserve the right to pass this charge on to the subscriber as it can be easily avoided by using the link above or by emailing us. Please think carefully before raising a dispute with Stripe, as it may cost you.
