Pubs Code Review

The Department for Business and Trade is seeking views and evidence which will allow the government to assess the effectiveness of the Pubs Code and the Pubs Code Adjudicator’s (PCA’s) performance since it began in 2016. Anyone can take part you have until August to submit your evidence.

Tenants and Lessees remember your pubco/landlord/family brewer will be submitting their views to the Government and where possible trying to lessen the regulations, so do not think its all ok and you can afford to leave it to others to speak for you, you need to help yourself.
