We have mapped all the rateable values for public houses in England and Wales onto a series of online maps, please watch our short overview video below.

The maps we have produced give the RV for 2010, 2017, and 2023 valuations. You can search local pubs and competitor pubs around you with ease.

This will help overcome the problems people face in using the VOA’s search facility and give you a clearer picture as to whether your rateable value is correct for your pub.

Not only will you get the Maps but we will also supply users with Excel spreadsheets that will show the “winners and losers” in your area.
